Joy to the world!
The Lord is come:
let earth receive her King!
Let every heart prepare him room,
and heaven and nature sing.
Joy to the earth!
the Saviour reigns:
let men their songs employ,
while fields and floods, rocks, hills and plains
repeat the sounding joy.
No more let sins and sorrows grow,
nor thorns infest the ground:
he comes to make his blessings flow
far as the curse is found.
He rules the earth with truth and grace,
and makes the nations prove
the glories of his righteousnes
and wonders of his love.

Господь прийшов:
нехай земля прийме свого Царя!
Нехай кожне серце приготує йому кімнату,
і небо і природа співають.
Радості землі!
царює Спаситель:
нехай чоловіки використовують їхні пісні,
тоді як поля й повені, скелі, пагорби й рівнини
повторити звучну радість.
Нехай більше не ростуть гріхи та печалі,
і терни не вкоряють землю:
він приходить для того, щоб його благословення лилися
наскільки прокляття знайдено.
Він керує землею з правдою та благодаттю,
і змушує народи доводити
слави його праведності
і дива його кохання.
