I must devise a way to travel through this plane of existence before it’s too

To satisfy ambition (still gazing at the stars)
I offer this transmission
This is who we really are
Manifested as a work of art
Our translation of what it means to be alive
So do you feel as we have felt?
Will you invest in all our story tells?
Explorations of a species that you’ve survived
Looking up to the heavens, staring at a black canvas
Speckled with breathtaking celestial beauty
I’d love to meet the artist responsible for all this
Secrets of the great unknown flowing through me
We took the very essence of our souls and cast it out into the universe
And so our message in a bottle floats somewhere deep within the cosmic ocean
I hope in some way they may understand
Green grass and blue skies, a sunset tapestry of mother nature
Bestowed with fragments from the heart of man
Without a language, only emotion translates
Say hello to the dreamers of planet earth
Imparting all that we know in hopes it will show everything we’re made of
We implore you to measure our planet’s worth
A chance to look at ourselves, if life somewhere else isn’t just a fable
To exist is to dream
The abyss calls to me
No endeavor teaches us about ourselves
Better than this self-made memoir could
I hope this letter reaches through and finds you well
And that our chemistry is understood
A child’s laughter.
A lover’s heartbeat
Notions of hope and promise from that which you cannot see
